revisited this project and cleaned up some small mistakes from before. changes in this version include:

• prettier intro font, with CRT scanline effect
• swimming is faster and jumping is higher, so it's easier to explore
• fullscreen mode now has pixel-perfect scaling
• screen mode and screenshot keys now work correctly
• update to credits, removed old username
