in the beginning, GOD created humankind. the rebellious angel LUCIFER, GOD’s most trusted companion, betrayed his master and introduced humankind to the SPIRIT OF GAMES. enraged, GOD cast humankind out of the GARDEN OF EDEN to live harsh lives in the wastes. when CAIN took ABEL’s life by defeating him in the first game of SCRABBLE, humankind’s dark path was sealed. in their arrogance, they constructed the TOWER OF SCRABBLE, practicing the DARK ARTS of ALCHEMY and WITCHCRAFT at its zenith, destroying each others’ souls in brutal games of CHAOS SCRABBLE. after a millennium of suffering, the powerful sorcerer JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH destroyed the TOWER OF SCRABBLE and sealed away the dark arts of CHAOS SCRABBLE forever… until TODAY.

CHAOS SCRABBLE is a supplementary ruleset for scrabble, designed to be used as an add-on alongside the base rules, which answers the oft-pondered question: "what if scrabble was yu-gi-oh?"

this supplement introduces powerful, risk vs. reward ALCHEMY RITUALS to change the course of the game, and cunning, strategic WITCHCRAFT mechanics which allow you to lay traps for your opponents. you will need a copy of Scrabble and a twelve-sided die to play. fair warning, i made this as a joke and it will completely ruin the balance of the game.
