Thanks to Richard Kelly for pointing out an issue with the random encounter table: Matsunaga is listed as an encounter, with no information for how to handle them. My intention was for GMs to reference Matsunaga's character pages to handle this, but I should've made it more clear - now I did! There's also a note added to the itch description just in case someone has one of the old copies.
